What is the Salonpas® Pro Ambassador Program?

The Salonpas Pro Ambassador Program is designed to increase healthcare professional awareness of the wide range of topical pain relief products and ingredients that are available over the counter from Salonpas. The program consists of free product samples for patients, as well as product information delivered periodically via email or postal mail.

Is there a cost to join?

There is no cost to join. Our goal is to provide you product information and samples that help you to make patient recommendations with confidence.

How often will I receive samples?

Your first shipment will arrive within 2-3 weeks after initial registration. Subsequent shipments are sent out three times each year in April, August and December.

What product samples are available?

Currently Hisamitsu America, Inc. has samples for 2-3 of its OTC topical pain relief patches. Each shipment contains one product.

How It Works

Simply click on the “Request Product Samples” link above and complete the registration form
The mailing address should be the location where you see patients.
There is a box to check if you cannot accept patient samples and you will receive product information only.
Approximately 2-3 weeks after submitting your registration you will receive your first shipment.
Subsequent shipments will arrive in April, August and December.

Program Eligibility

Physicians, Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants in the following specialties are eligible to receive free samples for their patients: Anesthesiology, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Primary Care, Geriatrics, OB-GYN, Oncology, Orthopedics, Pain Management, Rheumatology, Sports Medicine and Urgent Care.

In addition, Doctor of Chiropractic, Master/Doctorate of Physical Therapy and PharmD are also eligible to enroll in the Ambassador Program.

Healthcare professionals in all other specialties are welcome to enroll and receive product information.

Similarly, any healthcare professional who cannot accept samples to distribute to patients can enroll and receive product information.
